Born in Southeast San Diego, Propheci moved frequently throughout San Diego County.   Raised on long-term legend Tupac and a long time fan of Nas, his older brother, Dre Rizz, inspired young Propheci, then in middle school, by writing lyrics for him.  Propheci’s biggest inspiration, however, has been his relative, Evolution.

Propheci’s music interests include R&B, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Gospel.  His hobbies include basketball, football, writing R&B, hip-hop and gospel songs, and writing poetry.

Propheci began taking hip-hop serious when Evolution’s album, recorded in 2001, was being shopped for a record deal.  Seeing that it was possible to pursue a career doing something he loved, he began writing songs.  It wasn’t until the Lord blessed and saved his soul in Arizona, however, Propheci’s purpose became clear.  He desires to write about and share his constantly changing life experiences with others, beginning with his first CD entitled Spiritual Warfare.
